The 12th of March 2014, Mr. Giorgio Santarello,  Labour & Training Department Manager of the Province of Padua, introduced the R@W Outplacement Model to implement the outplacement and career guidance intervention in Italy.

The meeting was fully participated by the Italian partners, such as the represetatives of FOREMA, the Province of Padua, Cartotecnica Postumia, CISL and Confindustria Veneto, and the external employers and labour unions stakeholders, such as CGIL and UIL, establishing the constitution of the technical steering committee.
